New CME Licensure Requirements for Physicians in Connecticut

Effective October 1, 2005, Connecticut has new requirements for continuing medical education as a condition of maintaining a license to practice medicine in the state. Among other important details, the Department of Public Health expects physicians to receive a certain number of CME hours as well as has expectations about specific topics requiring coverage.
